| Good Question! The parts in the Hydro*Star Parts Kit are as follows: 1. One peace of schedule 80 PVC Pipe, 17 inches long that has been threaded on both ends and bored out on one end to allow the toroid coil to fit inside. See picture below. 2. One T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is 12 inches long and has an outside diameter of 3.5 inches. The thickness of the stainless steel tube is .065. This is one of the electrodes. See picture below. 3. Another T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is also 12 inches long but has an outside diameter of 3.25 inches. This tube will be placed inside of the 3.5 outside diameter tube above. It's thickness is the same as the above tube which is .065. This is the second electrode. See picture below. 4. A Toroid Coil that has been wound 2000 times around a 3.5 toroid core that has a inner diameter of 2 inches. See picture below. 5. Two schedule 80 PVC threaded end caps that fit on each end of the schedule 80 PVC Pipe. See picture below. 6. An electronic stainless steel float that lets the water pump know when to replace the water in the chamber of the Hydro*Star Housing. See picture below. 7. One each check valve to let the water into the chamber of the Hydro*Star Housing when the water pump is turned on by the electronic stainless steel float. See picture below. Sorry, Sold Out of this part! 8. A 1&1/2 inch PVC schedule 80 pipe that is used as a swash plate around the electronic stainless steel float. The pipe is 4 inches long. See picture below. 9. One each one inch thick solid PVC schedule 80 bar. This is used to mount the electronic stainless steel float and secure the wiring from it to the top of the PVC threaded cap. See picture below. 10. One each pressure relief valve that is set at 85 psi. See picture below. 11. One each drain plug. This lets you drain all the water out of the Hydro*Star Generator Housing. See picture below. 12. One each hose barbed fitting. This is the fitting that lets the hydrogen & oxygen out of the Hydro*Star Generator Housing to the flam arrestor and from there to the intake manifold. See picture below. 13. 1/4 inch hose barbed female fitting. This fitting screws onto the end of the pressure gage so that a hose can be attached to it from the outlet on the top end cap. See picture below. 14. 3/8 inch hose barbed male fitting. This fitting screws into the top end cap and lets the hydrogen & oxygen out of the Hydro*Star generator and by hose connects to the flash arrestor and then on to the intake manifold. See picture below. 15. 1/4 inch hose barbed male fitting. This fitting screws onto the top end cap and by hose to the pressure gage. See picture below. 16. This is the pressure gauge. | What is the warranty on the Hydro*Star Kit? |
| The Hydro*Star Kit is warranted to have the parts needed to build the Hydro*Star Generator as instructed in the manual. The parts meet or exceed what the Hydro*Star Manual calls for. There has been some revision as to construction of the parts and this is reflected in the instructions on how to construct the Hydro*Star Generator. You will receive all the parts as listed above, a parts list, written instructions on how to construct the Hydro*Star Generator. There are no other written or implied warranties. All sales are final. |
| How long does it take to get the Hydro*Star Generator kit? |
| What other parts are needed to build the Hydro*Star System? |
| The Hydro*Star System involves more than the Hydrogen Generator. Even though the Hydro*Star Generator is the hardest and most expensive part to build you will still need other items. You will need to build the In-Dash Indicators Circuit found on page 17 of the Hydro*Star Manual. This is only if you want gauges inside of your car. No matter what, do build the circuit for the water pump. You will need a water pump and water tank. If you do not build the circuit for the water pump you stand the risk of burning out the generator water level sensor. Do not connect the generator water level sensor straight to the pump and battery. You will burn the sensor up. All of this is already built for you when you invest in the Hy-Tronics Module. Click HERE for the Hy-Tronics Module. You will need the different hoses to connect the hydrogen generator to the intake manifold, the water tank to the pump and then to the hydrogen generator. All of this is in the Hydro*Star Manual and tells you what and where to purchase these items. If you do not have the Hydro*Star Manual, get that first and read it so you will know what you are getting into and how to put the parts kit together. The manual does come with the parts kit. There are short cuts to the construction, which I show you, that comes with the parts kit. You can get the Hydro*Star Manual for free by clicking HERE . The Hy-Tronics is the electronics that control the Hydro*Star Generator. You need this as it is the heart of the system. To view the Hy-tronics of the Hydro*Star System click HERE. The electronics have been revised from what is in the manual. It works great! If you have a fuel injection engine, you will need an O2 sensor enhancer's. What these sensors do is blind the computer as to if the engine is burning too lean or rich. With out these sensors, the system will not work! You can get the O2 sensors enhancers information by clicking HERE. |
| Understanding the Hydro*Star System. |
| When I first read the Hydro*Star Manual I was led to believe that you could run your engine on water only with the ability to switch over to gasoline. However, the man that wrote the manual must have misled us because the Hy-tronics, as he calls it, does not produce enough volume of hydrogen and oxygen to run an engine on water only. You need eight to ten liters per minute of hydrogen and oxygen to run an average eight cylinder engine on water. So, what we ended up with is a glorified hydrogen booster. This is when we use the hydrogen generator of the Hydro*Star System along with gasoline/diesel to produce more miles per gallon. The Hydro*Star System works quite well in this capacity. We have found that we can take 4.5 liter engine that is getting 18 miles per gallon (MPG) and increase that MPG to around 23 MPG to 28 MPG. There is a guy in Alabama that took his wife's car, a Toyota, from 25 MPG to 73 MPG. To get this kind of mileage increase you not only need the Hydro*Star Generator, you also use the UltraMist Vapor Injector (CLICK HERE to get more information on the UltraMist Vapor Injector). You will need a oxygen sensor enhancer as well if you have a fuel injected engine. Most engines are fuel injection these days. To get all the information on the O2 sensor enhancer's click HERE. |
| This will depend on any back log of parts that I will need from the manufactures and the back log of sales that I have at any given time. At this time, 6/19/2010, I have the kits in stock and can get them to you with in a week. It could be any where from one month to four months, if I did not have them in stock, depending on my supplier's. | What is my investment and how do I purchase the Hydro*Star Generator Kit? |
| As I said before, the Hydro*Star Generator is more expensive than most hydrogen generators. It is not made out of cheap material. You are talking Industrial Strength here. Also, with the new designed Hy-tronics, all you will need to do is attach and/or reroute some wires and change the location as to where the hydrogen fuel is directed. When this is done, you can use water for fuel as well as your normal fuel. For now, I recommend using the Hy-tronics that is offered at: http://www.wam-a-bam.com/Hy-tronics. So, Whats the cost? Your investment to purchase the Hydro*Star Generator Kit is $1,000.00 plus shipping and handling. Your shipping and handling is $66.00 if you live in the United States. If you live in Canada, your cost is: $92.00. All other countries out side of the U.S. And Canada, your investment for shipping and handling is: $130.00. The reason for the extra cost for those of you that live out side of the U.S. is because I have to mail your kit by express mail. This is the only way I can get a tracking number from the U.S. Postal Service. I just can not afford to lose any kits in the mail. |
