What do the parts consist of?
Good Question! The parts in the Hydro*Star Parts Kit are as follows: 1. One peace of schedule 80 CPVC Pipe, 17 inches long that has been threaded on both ends and bored out on one end to allow the toroid coil to fit inside. See picture below. 2. One T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is 12 inches long and has an outside diameter of 3.5 inches. The thickness of the stainless steel tube is .065. This is one of the electrodes. See picture below. 3. Another T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is also 12 inches long but has an outside diameter of 3.25 inches. This tube will be placed inside of the 3.5 outside diameter tube above. It's thickness is the same as the above tube which is .065. This is the second electrode. See picture below. 4. A Toroid Coil that has been wound 2000 times around a 3.5 toroid core that has a inner diameter of 2 inches. See picture below. 5. Two schedule 80 PVC threaded end caps that fit on each end of the schedule 80 PVC Pipe. See picture below. 6. An electronic stainless steel float that lets the water pump know when to replace the water in the chamber of the Hydro*Star Housing. See picture below. 7. One each check valve to let the water into the chamber of the Hydro*Star Housing when the water pump is turned on by the electronic stainless steel float. See picture below. 8. A 1&1/2 inch PVC schedule 80 pipe that is used as a swash plate around the electronic stainless steel float. The pipe is 4 inches long. See picture below. 9. One each one inch thick solid PVC schedule 80 bar. This is used to mount the electronic stainless steel float and secure the wiring from it to the top of the PVC threaded cap. See picture below. 10. One each pressure relief valve that is set at 85 psi. See picture below. 11. One each drain plug. This lets you drain all the water out of the Hydro*Star Generator Housing. See picture below. 12. One each hose barbed fitting. This is the fitting that lets the hydrogen & oxygen out of the Hydro*Star Generator Housing to the flam arrestor and from there to the intake manifold. See picture below. 13. One each pressure gauge. To monitor the pressure inside the Hydro*Star Generator Housing. See picture below.
Below is a picture of all the parts of the Hydro*Star Parts Kit. After this picture are pictures of the individual parts.
Below is item #1 from the above list of parts. One piece of schedule 80 PVC Pipe, 17 inches long that has been threaded on both ends and bored out on one end to allow the toroid coil to fit inside.

Below is items #2 & #3 from the above list of parts. One T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is 12 inches long and has an outside diameter of 3.5 inches. The thickness of the stainless steel tube is .065. This is one of the electrodes. Also shown is item #3. Another T304 Stainless Steel Tube that is also 12 inches long but has an outside diameter of 3.25 inches. This tube will be placed inside of the 3.5 outside diameter tube. It's thickness is also .065. This is the second electrode. Notice the holes at the top of the tubes. The larger holes let water into both tubes. You will have to drill your on holes around the ends of the stainless steal tubes but the bolts with threads are already teg welded for you. These bolts fit through the end caps to secure the electrodes to the end cap. This eliminates the need to make disks as shown in the Hydro*Star Manual on pg 24. One less step to do.
