| Click here to return to HydroStar information. FAQ About The HydroStar WHAT IS THE HydroStar SYSTEM AND IS IT FOR REAL? The HydroStar Manual is designed to run on water only, with the ability to switch back over to gasoline. However, the man that wrote the manual must have lied to us because the Hy-Tronics, as he calls it, does not produce enough volume of hydrogen and oxygen to run an engine on water only. You need eight liters per minute of hydrogen and oxygen to run an average eight cylinder engine on water. So, what we ended up with is a glorified hydrogen booster. This is when we use the hydrogen generator of the HydroStar System along with gasoline to produce more miles per gallon. The HydroStar System works quite well in this capacity. We have found that we can take 4.5 liter engine that is getting 18 miles per gallon (MPG) and increase that MPG to around 53 MPG. There is a guy in Alabama that took his wife's car, a Toyota, from 23 MPG to 71MPG. To get this kind of mileage increase you not only need the HydroStar Generator, you use the UltraMist Vapor Injector, the oxygen sensor enhancer, the MAP sensor enhancer, and the Gas Blaster. I highly recommend the Gas Blaster You can find the oxygen sensor enhancers and the MAP sensor enhancers on the Internet. Just type their names in your search engine of your computers or go to e-bay.com. There are many Hydrogen Boosters out there on the Internet but none that can offer the hydrogen output that the HydroStar does. The HydroStar system is more expensive to build than most hydrogen boosters, but, keep in mine, the HydroStar Generator is built to where you can attach the Hytronics to it very easy. The Hytronics are being redesign. Once it comes out and been tested, all you will have to do is attach it to the HydroStar Generator and then you will be able to run your car on water only. The electronics, that will let you run on water only, are being redesign by man who is retired from Lockheed Martin. He designed circuit broads for missiles for the Defense Department. He taught electronics. He feels certain that he can do this. He has all the patents that Stanly Meyers filed with the US Patent Office. He has studied these patents and feels sure he can duplicate them. We will see. Until then, the HydroStar System is one of the top hydrogen generators that works as a very good hydrogen booster. They also show you how to put the board together with the parts that you purchase. I can not say how much volume of hydrogen and oxygen this puts out, but I assure you it is not enough to run your engine just on water. I have put together a HydroStar Kit. It is a high efficiency, water-fueled, electro mechanical system capable of producing hydrogen and oxygen is sufficient quantity to help power internal combustion engines. How well does the HydroStar perform? That depends on allot of variables. One is the size of the engine Is the HydroStar safe to use? Vehicles powered by The HydroStar system are inherently safer than existing gasoline powered vehicles. Gas tanks have to hold many gallons of gas in order to allow the vehicle to travel great distances. Such large gas tanks hold tremendous amounts of combustible energy, as is often demonstrated by the fiery results of an accident severe enough to rupture the gas tank. Very little hydrogen has to be stored within The HydroStar’s hydrogen generator. The only necessary fuel to be stored in quantity is water, which of course, is non-combustible. You have pressure releif vales and flash arrestors built into the system. Why is the HydroStar called a conversion system? The HydroStar is called a conversion system because it does not require removal, conversion or disabling of any of your vehicles existing systems, therefore, it allows you to run your vehicle on either its existing gasoline system or on The HydroStar system In the unlikely event That your HydroStar fails you can easily switch back to gasoline power but you will soon be getting your HydroStar system back into working order. Once you have driven with HydroStar you won’t be happy with anything else. Can the HydroStar be used in other ways? Yes, The HydroStar can provide fuel from water for just about any home appliance requiring natural gas or propane as a source of heat; thereby saving valuable and diminishing natural resources. Space heaters and furnaces are excellent candidates. Stoves and other cooking appliances such as barbecue grills can also be fueled by The HydroStar. Such applications require a separate and inexpensive power supply to convert your homes power supply into the 12 volt DC required by The HydroStar. You can purchase an inexpensive power supply at any electronics shop such as Radio Shack, or have someone familiar with electronics build one for you since the design is very simple. The cost of home electricity used by The HydroStar is insignificant, probably less than $1 per month in most cases. Is the HydroStar System Difficult to build? No, The HydroStar system is relatively easy to assemble and very easy to install. No special tools are required. The usual tools and equipment found in a typical home workshop will do the job. Assembling the Hy-Tronic module to achieve its inherent high level of reliability requires care and attention to detail, along with average electronic skills at soldering. The only piece of test equipment you may want to have access to is an oscilloscope. It is not absolutely necessary, but will help you obtain peak efficiency from the Hy-tronics module. You shouldn't’t have any problems getting help from a local electronics guru if you don’t have an oscilloscope. Most such folks are so fascinated by unusual electronic systems and devices they would almost be willing to pay for the privilege of tweaking your Hy-tronics module! Can I buy a ready to install HydroStar System? Right now The HydroStar system is not being commercially manufactured that is ready to install as a completed unit. We do have the HydroStar conversion kits for most gasoline or diesel engines. This is the HydroStar Generator only. Not the electronics. Such a venture requires tremendous amounts of time and cash; something such a small group of enthusiasts simply does not have at this time.
